A new strategic partner for the verification of air transportation and maritime transport

Aviation is responsible for over 2% of global CO2 emissions and the figure is growing.

Compliance with CORSIA requirements enables international airlines to reduce their environmental impact and comply with regulatory requirements.

Happy to announce! Ecopolis Certification and Service LLC is a strategic partner, official representative and "Operator", with payment in rubles, in the post-Soviet space, of the international verifier ETSverification, which is an accredited verifier (CORSIA, ETS, MRV, Germany, UK) in relation to air transportation certification , airports and maritime transport.

CORSIA (Carbon offset and reduction system for international aviation, https://www.economy.gov.ru/material/file/24780ac67f1c415f5a43a28010442d72/SaRPs.pdf ) was launched in 2016 by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO, https:// www.icao.int/environmental-protection/CORSIA/Pages/default.aspx). It aims to help the industry achieve carbon neutral growth by reducing and offsetting emissions.

Aviation emissions verification under CORSIA is mandatory for international aircraft operators in 117 ICAO member states.

Starting from 2023, airlines must submit verified carbon reporting to CORSIA, after three years, the requirements for offsetting the carbon footprint by airlines through the acquisition of carbon units of climate projects, standards and programs accredited by CORSIA (for example, GCC, VERRA, etc.) .

CORSIA and MRV verification services, from Ecopolis Certification and Service/ETSverification, enable airlines and ocean carriers to ensure compliance and demonstrate environmental responsibility.
